Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this filing is to close the commercial fishery for the scup floating fish trap sector, and to decrease the commercial daily possession limit of summer flounder to 50 lbs/vessel/calendar day and decrease the summer aggregate landings possession limit of summer flounder to 250 lbs/vessel/calendar week if permitted for the summer aggregate landings program.
